摘要：2019年12月发生的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情给我国的人民生命安全和整体社会经济带来了前所未有的损失，也为国家的公共卫生事业带来了巨大挑战。突发重大传染病事件过程中常出现预防、治疗药品储备供应不足和不合理使用等问题，而社会药房作为医疗卫生体系中面向普通民众最重要组成部分，在面对疫情时应该发挥专业优势，其药房执业药师，药房普通工作人员应该与医护人员一同为保障人民生命安全做出努力。为此，本文结合国外药房工作模式和国内疫情防护政策探讨社会药房在突发重大公共安全事件中如何科学、高效地提供药品保障和专业药学服务，发挥其应有的作用，为抗击疫情期间的药品供应和合理用药决策提供依据，也为以后的突发重大公共卫生事件做好准备。

Abstract：The outbreak of COVID-19 in December 2019 has brought hitherto unknown losses to the life safety and social and economic life of our country, and has also posed a great challenge to the public health cause of our country. In the process of public health emergency, there are often problems such as insufficient supply of preventive and therapeutic drugs and irrational use. As the most important part of the medical and health system for the general public, social pharmacies should play their professional advantages in the face of the epidemic. The pharmacists and staff of the pharmacy should work together with medical staff to ensure the safety of people's lives work hard. Therefore, combined with the work mode of foreign pharmacies and domestic epidemic prevention policies, this paper discusses how social pharmacies can provide scientific and efficient drug security and professional pharmaceutical services in the event of major public security emergencies, so as to play its due role, provide basis for drug supply and rational drug use during the period of fighting against the epidemic, and prepare for major public health emergencies in the future.

中国的疫情已经取得了很大胜利，尽管少数地区有零星的无症状感染者，但是并不影响中国的复工复产。在防治疫情的斗争中，国家在人员、药品供应和药学护理方面面临困难。中国政府及卫生部门建立了有效的药品供应和药学监护实践，为防疫、控制和治疗提供了有力的保障。 2020年3月11日，世卫组织评估说，COVID-19可被定性为大流行病，许多国家和区域现在正经历中国曾经面临的困难。药师总结管理模式和经验，为陷入同样困境者提供参考。在后流行病时代，社区药房药师和社区医生应继续参与协调努力，并随时适应药品供应和药物护理方面所需的变化。
